Firstly, my wonderful wife Kate and my precious children Luan & Evie. Without your help and support and patience with my training the preparations for this trip would be nearly impossible. I am really looking forward to having you guys with me at the start and through Scotland and then seeing you again at the finish line in Land's End. I love you with all my heart - thanks xx
